Frank Maschio, President, grew up in the restaurant business and has a degree in Food Service Management from (insert college). A “foodie” at heart, Frank is at home in the kitchen and wants Maschio’s employees and the staff and students they serve to feel at home in their school kitchen. His responsibilities also include quality assurance, consistency and purchasing; he is a member of the New Jersey Commodity Advisory Group. As a member of the National Barbeque Association, Frank takes special pride in “Barbecue Mania” events and is passionate about the company’s catering service.
