EMPLOYEES RECEIVE TRAINING THAT EXCEEDS THE FEDERAL REQUIREMENT.

Maschio’s provides its school nutrition professionals training that exceeds the Federal minimal annual training requirements dictated by The United States Department of Agriculture. In addition to the required training, the company created Maschio’s Academy, for specialized training and education programs. The programs include a variety of classes that teach food safety, financial & budgetary controls, regulatory compliance, human resources, and health and wellness. Maschio’s Academy promotes strong operational and financial compliance to insure strong partnerships in our schools.
