Headquartered in Northern New Jersey, Maschio’s Food Services was founded by Frank Maschio in 1992 and soon after was joined by Ken Torchia as CEO and co-owner. Nutrition integrity and innovation are thoughtfully taken into consideration in optimizing purchasing and menu decisions under their direction. Ken is responsible for the development, supervision, and evolution of Maschio’s industry-leading high standards for all Maschio’s operations including field supervision, chefs, dietitians, purchasing, business development, marketing, accounting, and human resources.

Frank and Ken’s vision to a personal “hands-on” approach to food service management permeates the entire organization as evidenced by the many satisfied clients renewing their commitments.
